CSR Science is my little project. It is my company that primarily sells laboratory materials online to other amateur scientists, as well as anyone else who likes the prices, and products offered.
Right now, I am just starting off and only have a few "steady" products to offer, those being spawn bags for mushroom production, culture tubes, and plant tissue containers. That isn't very much but I have a lot of surplus to sell as well.
The surplus I think will really help me get started since I have a lot of really great materials that work just fine. I've got a lot of aspirators, Bunsen burners, very powerful vacuum pumps with big motors, ring stands, buret clamps, and a few other things. Additionally, I've got a lot of interesting seeds such as Datura inoxia, Datura stromonium var, tatula, and a few different types of tobacco seeds.
Also I am going to help sell prints of my mothers artwork. I know a lot of people will like her artwork and I think it will sell pretty well. It has great detail and much of it combines chemistry with organisms. One of my favorite is her work of an atropine molecule with a Datura plant behind a blue background.
I really think this is going to work out pretty well. I have dealt with running sites in the past, have been thinking about this starting this very business for well over a year, been researching products, methods to improve hits, and make sales and a bunch of other business crap. It is still pretty scary though for me. I am only 19, going to college, and do not have very much money to my name. Time isn't of particular abundance either. I assume all of my free time will be spent working on this business and hopefully it isn't futile.
