While I suppose CSR Science and Out Grow are "competitors" in the sense that we offer similar products to similar markets, but we have been working together. I am helping him redesign his website in exchange for mushroom cultures, and some hardwood pellets.
The guy who operates out-grow.com, Mike, is an amazing person. He has given me quite a few tips on various things when it comes to starting such a business, and is willing to help me out even more in various ways. I don't think detail here is necessary, and I don't want to distract that really I am just thankful for him/out-grow and the help they have offered me.

I know they offer quality products, as I have heard from many people, and they have great service for how busy that whole operation is.
I hope I can offer that sort of quality, service, and friendliness when my business starts to *really* take off - Hopefully it will be comparable and I am trying my hardest to make it so - but it is very time consuming and I am totally just wingin' it without much formal or informal education on the subject.
